Health Miracle with my Teeth
In 2016, I got the news that I needed to get my bottom row of teeth removed. I was devastated. I told my mentor what happened at the dentist. She came alongside me and set up a GoFundMe. I was blessed with so many donations. I had my surgery in December. The pain was unbelievable. Thankfully,I was supported by my friends and family.
When I went to get a checkup and implants, I was informed that the price had increased. I felt helpless and stuck in a denture. I promised God that anything I needed to do to complete this process I would do.
A year later, I got a call to interview with WTOC. The anchor was looking through GoFundMe and wanted to interview me. I did the interview, hoping enough donations would come so that I could finish the process. After the interview aired, a friend from church called, saying her dentist friend wanted to help me. I met with him, and he shared that he would complete the work with the amount I had, or he would give me $10,000 to complete it with my original dentist. I decided to go with him.
It took another year to finish. In 2019, my dental work was completed. There were lots of tears and fears, but the Lord stood with me.
