Love and Healing
God helped me see that there is life after heartbreak. When my partner left me, I was devastated. I didn’t see any way to move through my pain. I had lost my home, my comfort, and my peace of mind. I prayed and asked for a sign. Not long after, I got a call from an old friend whom I hadn’t heard from in years. Elated, I answered, and we picked up our friendship as if it had never been broken. To this day, we still remain strong and help each other however we can. God helped bring my friend to me and cured my heartbreak.
I was shown that love does not end. Love is eternal, and even in the darkest of times, there will always be a way in which love will come to the frontlines. I also worked things out with my partner, and we have become great friends ever since.
God has shown me that love never dies, it just changes its form.
